Support
Many
people
may
never
require
any
form
of
help
or
support
from
others
as
they
go
through
life.
Yet,
sometimes
life
can
throw
a
curveball
and
our
lives
become
turned
upside
down
or,
we
may
just
become,
“victims
of
circumstance”
all
through
no
fault
of
our
own.
Our
lives
however
can
be
changed
forever.
We
never
really
know
what
lies
around
that
corner.
So,
firstly
there
is
no
shame
in
wanting
help,
or
asking for help.
We
may
all
need
some
support
at
some
point
in
our
lives.
But
where
do
we
start
looking
for
it?
Even
this
can
become
a
daunting
prospect.
Here
are
a
few
websites
that
you
may
be
able
to
reach
out
to.
These
are
by
no
means
the
only
support
there
is
available
out
there.
But
by
accessing
some
of
these,
they
maybe
able
to
point
you
in
the
right
direction
and
support
you on your journey.
You
may
well
notice
that
we
have
included
a
link
to,
“Welfare
Rights”.
A
lot
of
towns
and
cities
have
a
Welfare
Rights
department
housed
within
their
local
council
social
services
department
Sadly
Stoke-on-Trent,
nor
Staffordshire
have
any
of
these
services,
which
is
a
great
pity.
However,
we
have
included
a
link
to
their
website,
as
they
are
very
professional
and
very
supportive
of
legal
matters.
It
is
hoped
that
over
the
coming
months,
these
services
can
become
more
proactive
and
become
more
supportive
of
each
other.
A
single
person
may
have
multiple
problems,
so
other
agencies
may
be
required
to
become
involved.
